This is an American Alligator.
Scientific Name: Alligator mississippiensi
This freeze-dried specimen makes a great educational teaching tool, collector's gift or decor piece. This alligator was raised on an alligator farm and was harvested for its meat, skin and bones. The head was a by-product.
This specimen is completely natural except for the eyes, they are marble. The alligator head pictured is a representative of the head you will receive. As these are natural, specimens may vary some in color, pattern, etc.
